Tara Reid began her career in the field of commercials as an infant. She made a name for herself through Saved by the Bell: The New Class. The acting of her has been scrutinized however she's managed to perform the roles she was playing with ease. For instance, in The Big Lebowski, Bunny made her debut in the character. Following the release of the film, she started to receive higher offers from films such as Urban Legend and Cruel Intentions. However it wasn't American Pie the cult movie featuring sexually explicit teens which established Reid as a potential star on the horizon in Hollywood in her part in the role of virgin Vicky. The film did not go on to a hugely lucrative Hollywood career. Her career was plagued by numerous failures, such as Josie and the Pussycats. The actress' career declined despite a small role as a character in American Pie 2. The offscreen mistakes of Reid, well-publicized and disastrous plastic surgery and her many blink-and miss appearances have resulted in her becoming more of a party-goer or designer as an actor.
