Aleesha Young established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder during the latter half of the 2010s. Aleesha came from a sports-loving family that was born in 1984. Her father took part in bodybuilding while her brothers and sisters participated in hockey and other sports. Aleesha is a multi-sport athlete such as basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was given her professional card for winning at the NPC USA Championships 2014 She began to compete in the year 2008 but started competing since 2008. In 2014 she also competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and finished 9th. Her finish was ninth for 2015. Aleesha was 6th place in both 2016 and 2015 during the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha's first professional show was the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She was steadily getting better and was crowned winner after winning the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best showing at the WOS Rising Phoenix came in the year 2020, when she snagged 4th position. The "World's Most Strongest Mom" has taken a health break.
